4. Fittings and Alterations
Measurements must be accurate at the time of order. One complimentary alteration is provided within 14 days of delivery. Subsequent adjustments may incur additional charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary. Delays caused by third parties or customs are beyond our control. Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke garments, returns or refunds are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing fault, verified by our team within 7 days of receipt.
